Front Gate Human Resource
Consultancy began in 1993 as a branch of the Educational
Development Center of Cebu. It was created to
address growing training and development needs
in the industrial and commercial sectors.
Since then, the company has expanded its services
to include organizational development as a whole.
Front Gate has had extensive experience in training,
human resource systems and performance evaluation.
It has also provided strategic planning and organizational
growth to various companies.
Front Gate has worked with various sectors including
manufacturing, services, retail, NGO's and its
original focus, the educational sector. It is
this eclectic background that gives Front Gate
the dynamism and energy to serve the growing organizational
development needs of Philippine Industry.
This year, Front Gate has achieved fruition and
is now independent of its parent company, the
Educational Development Center of Cebu. This strategic
move is intended to better focus the company's
energies to helping create a revitalized economy
